Our Virtual Consultation appointment allows you to speak with one of our Doctors or Dental Professionals via Google Meet from the comfort of your home.

Prior to your appointment, you will be contacted by one of our SmileExperts, you will be asked to send photos of your teeth. We will send you example photos to follow.

You will also be asked to send any relevant supporting information to us, such as previous dental or health records.

Your photos and information that you send to us will be assessed by one of our Doctors prior to your appointment, this is to determine the most suitable treatment options available to you and the costs, this is so they can be discussed with you at your appointment.

You will be sent the Google Meet link prior to your appointment, if you have any questions or technical difficulties accessing the link, you can contact our SmileExperts and they will be happy to help (they’re tech wizards).

Consultation Cost & Fees

The virtual consultation lasts up to 30 minutes and has a ฿500 fee, this is non-deductible from the treatment price.

After your virtual consultation, you will speak with one of our SmileExperts, either the same day or at a later date. You can decide if you would like to go ahead with treatment at SmileBox and we can book you into the clinic for the next stage of your appointment. This would be a face-to-face consultation with x-rays, photographs, and iTero scanning.

This is an important stage of your orthodontic journey as we need to ensure your mouth is healthy. We will provide you with the dental treatment you may need prior to starting orthodontic treatment. If you leave dental problems and undergo orthodontic treatment, complex dental and orthodontic problems could arise in the future which could lead to tooth loss.
